This looks so carefree. No worries in her head, she just picks up and GO. Head for the road -wherever that may lead. I would LOVE to do this one day. It doesn’t have to be storming off to the car and driving as far away as I can in a very dramatic gesture, but more in terms of maybe A ROAD TRIP! =) With my boyf. perhaps. Us two, on the road, with nothing but wind in our hair or maybe my hair. =) Okay enough of me rambling on about this photograph.

In love with that blazer - droopy layered one minus it being leather. Get what I’m talking about? Where the lapel is all DROOPY AND LAYERED? I really cannot think of a better word to describe it - either that, or I’m fashion-challenged. I’ve been looking all over for a jacket like this, but nothing seems to be popping out to scream to me “TAKE ME HOME!” (not even this one). I don’t know why, but I’ve been completely obsessed over droopy/drapey clothing lately - does that make sense? Anyway, like I said before about how a great pair of boots can make an outfit, well I think a great jacket/blazer would REALLY make an outfit … like POP! WELL ANYWAY, I’ve been on the hunt for a great fitted blazer, and I finally found it at, where else, ZARA! =) —my laptop battery is dying. continuing this post tomorrow!

halo halo ween & a good pair of boots…

Halloween is coming up -that should be fun! The girls & I are dressing up as Disney princesses, because hey who wouldn’t want to be a princess for the day. Obviously, I’m belle because uh why the heck not?! Anyway, we’re going to HIRO this weekend, and I am uber excited! I’ve had a rough couple weeks, and finally when all exams die down for a bit, it’s time to partaaay! Okay, let’s not get reckless …we still have 2 more months to go.

Random thought: although not that random… I’ve been obsessing with boots lately. all kinds of boots you name it I (want) to buy it. I recently purchased a pair of MK Hamilton riding boots in luggage (color), and boy oh boy! Obviously, my fav for this fall because let’s face it! When you wear as much black as I do, you need a little pop of color somewhere or else people are going to start thinking you’re depressed or “hey, she’s so “gothic-like” - yeah, not very good impressions you want to send out there. ANYWAY, this pair of boots is fabulous. They match every single (black) outfit I have in my closet, and really, a great accessory as well. Comfortable with its stacked heels, and Oooh that little MK lock detail is just absolutely divine! I have yet to wear it with a dress, but trust when I say, that day will come very soon - I think tomorrow maybe!
